Getting There and Getting Around

Copenhagen Airport (CPH) is one of Europe's most efficient hubs, with direct long-haul connections from North America and Asia. The Metro connects the airport to the city centre in 15 minutes. Once in the city, a bicycle is the authentic and most pleasurable way to travel — Copenhagen has 390 kilometres of dedicated cycle lanes, and hotels will invariably provide bikes on request. The city's compact scale means most key sights are within easy cycling or walking distance of the waterfront hotels.
